Wireless Ad-Hoc Application Diagram

The wireless Ad-Hoc mode is established by several wireless clients, which have the same SSID and radio channel. The wireless USB/PCI/PC Card adapters can be used for such peer-to-peer communication mode.

Infrastructure Mode Application Diagram

The Access Point establishes an infrastructure mode for networking between all wireless clients and Ethernet resources.

Authentication with 802.1x and RADIUS Server

When wireless station accessing the network, the AP router provide 802.1x support to check with RADIUS authentication Server to authorize user's access.
