Overview


 The UPS1221-PU2 external print servers is a stand-alone device that enhance company capability by letting you place your printers, plotters, or other equality printers at convenient locations directly on your Ethernet network, and by increasing network printer resource sharing, performance and management.

 

The print servers support the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), which remote printer management and a warning. A standard SNMP agent is permanent on these print servers. Any standard SNMP based application can be used to access and manage these print servers.

 

The print servers provide an embedded web server that can be accessed via a prop web browser. We also subsidiary Windows-based PSAdmin utility which help administrator to setup print server environment, for example, Netware, Windows 95/98/98SE/Me, Windows NT4.0/2000/XP/2003, Unix, Linux system or Mac OS8.1 or higher operation systems.

 

This multi-protocol & multi-platform print server is compatible with most popular bi-directional parallel or USB printers from Canon, Epson, Lexmark, HP, Samsung, Brother, Avision and other manufacturers. Multi-protocol Print server also provides an easy and convenient 2-in-one parallel and USB print ports to share printing resource through a network.

 

A user-friendly setup wizard makes installation easy, the compact size design fits anywhere, and both parallel and USB print interfaces bring efficiency to your printing tasks and expend your network in one cost-effective device.
