Q02: My KVM switch with Windows 2000 and Me work properly,
but Windows XP keyboard doesn't work? 2003/12/2

After trouble shooting, the problem is lost file: kbdhid.sys
Because computer was restart (not close) in the past, this file disappeared.
Windows XP Pro. scandisk fault - not fix this problem and
Windows XP PC is not correct installed with USB keyboard.
Mouse USB work correctly with KVM switch.
After copy kbdhid.sys into Windows\System32 folder.

Q01: When PC shutdown abnormally, when KVM switch start not working properly? 2003/12/2

When PC shutdown or restart in abnormal procedure, it maybe cause PC files lost or unstable. In some cases, the PC lost some USB driver file, so USB KVM can't work normally.

We have many experiences of trouble shooting, most customer's problem was abnormally shutdown or operation,

It will be fixed after we suggest them to follow standard operating procedures.
